Description: Nomination for the A Test at Wellington Riding on 30th September 2026. Please complete this form in full. Payment will be required via stripe upon completion of this form. We will require confirmation from your DC / Centre Proprietor and Area Representative that you are able to take the A Test, this must be done by completing and uploading the nomination form. Confirmation is required no later than 4 weeks prior to the test. Failure to do so may result in you being automatically removed from the Test. A timetable and outline for the day will be emailed out to you 7 days prior to the test taking place.
