Description: Do you want to recognise and celebrate a volunteer for their dedication to The Pony Club? Why not nominate them for their Cubitt Award. The Cubitt Award represents a volunteer's dedication of 20 years of service and Cubitt Bar Awards represents 30 years, 40 years and 50 years of service. This form should be completed to nominate a dedicated volunteer who has devoted years of service to The Pony Club. You should ensure that your nominee has not already received this award. You can check out the list of awardees on the website. This form should be completed by the Company Member, Area Representative, District Commissioner, Centre Proprietor or Pony Club Official. All nominations will be approved by the Area Rep and Volunteers & Officials Committee. The nomination form will be open from 1st June 2026 until 1st March 2027. The Awards can be presented to the recipient within your Area or at a National Ceremony. Please select your preferred presentation ceremony within the form.
