Description: The Pony Club Centres Big Sleepover! We’re so excited to invite all Pony Club Linked Centres and their Members to the Linked Centre Big Sleepover at the Pony Club Championships 2026! Please note – only Centre Officials are permitted to use this form to book spaces for their Members at the Centres Big Sleepover. Centre Officials include Centre Proprietors, Coaches and Pony Club Contacts. Parents and guardians of Members should contact their Centre to have their space booked for them. All adults staying onsite overnight MUST hold an Enhanced DBS/PVG/Access NI (as applicable), this includes Parents/Guardians and Volunteers.” - Camp overnight in your own tents, caravan or horsebox - Earn some Pony Club Achievement Badges - Make new friends from other Pony Club Centres around the UK - Enjoy a full day of fun, learning, sport and spectating at Centres Day on Wednesday 19th August, with a free goodie bag for all Centre Members! Arrive: Tues 18th August anytime after 3pm Catering available on site, or bring your own! Don’t miss out on this amazing chance to be part of something special T & C's: - Strictly No Admittance to the camping area prior to 3pm - however you are permitted to arrive earlier to spectate the days events at any time to suit yourself - Attendees must register and report from 3pm to a member of the team at the campsite - minimum 8 years and over to take part in the sleepover - no minimum age to attend Centres Day - all Members must have an active Centre Membership to receive their goodie bag. - £10 per member attending - no charge for accompanying adults. - any member attending aged under 18 MUST be accompanied by a named adult. - A named adult can only be responsible for up to 10 children attending. If more than 10 children from a centre are attending the ratio of 1:10 must be adhered to. All Members under 18 must be accompanied by a named responsible adult at all times. - All adults staying onsite overnight MUST hold an Enhanced DBS/PVG/Access NI (as applicable) with a check on the Child Barred List, this includes parents and volunteers who are accompanying Members. - Adults who do not have an Enhanced Disclosure Check in place by the 18th of August will not be permitted to stay onsite overnight and will be asked to leave. -Catering available on site, or bring your own! Sadly no BBQs are permitted due to fire risk. - Please note - There is no access to electric hook up
