Description: These training packages are self-guided learning and designed for Branch Officials to gain an understanding about their roles and responsibilities, how Branches must be run, fundamentals of compliance (safeguarding, safety and finance), overview of coaching, membership offerings and IT systems.
Learning Outcomes
Through this training, you will gain an understanding about:
• Your role and responsibilities
• How Branches should run in accordance with The Pony Club and charity rules
• Fundamentals of compliance, including safeguarding, safety, and finance matters
• Overview of Pony Club coaching and needs
• The IT systems available to support with your membership
How will this training work?
1) Participants book onto the month where they will be able to complete the training.
2) Access to the portal will be provided to participants via email.
3) Participants can work through the self-guided learning modules at their own pace throughout the entry month. Completion and the 4 quiz submissions should be achieved by the last Friday of the month.
4) On obtaining 80% or above in the 4 quizzes, a certificate of achievement is provided for your records.

Self-guided modules are accessed via Google Classrooms. You must have access to Gmail/Google.

Description: Do you want to recognise and celebrate a volunteer for their dedication to The Pony Club?
Why not nominate them for their Cubitt Award.
The Cubitt Award represents a volunteer's dedication of 20 years of service and Cubitt Bar Awards represents 30 years, 40 years and 50 years of service.
This form should be completed to nominate a dedicated volunteer who has devoted years of service to The Pony Club.
You should ensure that your nominee has not already received this award. You can check out the list of awardees on the website.
This form should be completed by the Company Member, Area Representative, District Commissioner, Centre Proprietor or Pony Club Official. All nominations will be approved by the Area Rep and Volunteers & Officials Committee.
The nomination form will be open from 1st June 2026 until 1st March 2027.
The Awards can be presented to the recipient within your Area or at a National Ceremony. Please select your preferred presentation ceremony within the form.
